Sell to a crowd that came to browse and buy.
Families arrive at 9 with coffee money and time to kill. That's the whole pitch — no festival-sized booth fee, no 12-hour day.
A short morning with a real crowd
Most markets ask for a full day and a big fee, then hope people show up. We run three hours, promote every date with paid advertising, and give the market away free so families actually come.
- Paid promotion on every date — Eventbrite, Facebook and Instagram ads run behind every market, not just the season opener.
- Families, not foot traffic — parents with young kids, in your zip code, in a buying mood.
- Curated mix — we cap categories so you're not next to three vendors selling what you sell.
- Repeat customers — every other Saturday, same lot. Regulars come back for you.
- Kid-first crowd — bounce zones and crafts keep the kids busy while parents shop.

The questions we get most
What sells well here?
Anything a parent buys on impulse for under $40: baked goods, coffee, kids' clothes and accessories, toys, candles, jewelry, plants, prepared food, and services families need locally — photography, dentistry, swim lessons, tutoring.
Can I sell food I made at home?
Only under California's Cottage Food or MEHKO rules, with your permit on hand. Anything else needs a temporary food facility permit from the County.
Do you allow direct-sales and MLM brands?
No — we keep the market to independent local businesses and makers so the mix stays fresh for repeat shoppers.
Can two vendors share a space?
Yes, if both businesses are named on the application and the categories don't conflict with others that date. One fee per space.
What if it rains?
The market runs rain or shine. If a date is genuinely unsafe we'll move your fee to the next date — we don't keep it.
Do I have to commit to the whole season?
No. Book one date at a time if you like — your first is free and every one after is $25. Vendors who book the season just get their spot held.
